浸麦时,由罐底部进水淹没麦层,随即启动搅拌机并通风一定时间,然后停止搅拌和通风,浸麦方法视大麦质量决定,一般采用喷雾浸麦法浸麦时间按小于40小时设计。当浸麦度和露点率达到工艺要求时,自然进入发芽状态。发芽时,采用通风发芽工艺,应该开风机通风,按通风发芽工艺进行生产,发芽时间按小于120小时设计。

 

发芽结束后,经过输送机把湿麦芽输送进烘干罐,就可对麦层进行烘干处理,烘干按单层高效干燥炉干燥程序进行,干燥时间按小于22小时(含辅助时间)设计。干燥结束的干麦芽经输送带送至提升机处,在经提升送入除根机进行除根操作。
