  • 原料处理: 原料大麦进厂后,送至振动筛进行筛选,筛选完成的大麦再进行清理,原料处理能力为3-5t/h,选麦后的大麦投料时输送至制麦一体机。
  • 制麦:在制麦一体机内实现浸麦、发芽、烘干全部操作。浸麦时, 采用水浸、通风、抽风的综合浸麦法,浸麦时间按小于40小时设计。当浸麦度和露点率达到工艺要求时,自然进入发芽状态;发芽时,采用通风发芽工艺,发芽时间按小于120小时设计。发芽完成后的绿麦芽送入烘干罐进入烘干状态;烘干时,按单层高效干燥炉烘干工艺进行,干燥时间按小于20小时(含辅助时间)设计。干燥结束的干麦芽经输送带送至提升机处,在经提升送入除根机进行除根操作。
  • 除根:干燥完成后的麦芽经除根后计量打包入仓储存,除根包装能力:3-5   吨/小时
  • 技术特点 传统的制麦芽设备主要是由浸麦槽、发芽箱、烘干炉等组成,国内制麦设备也是由浸麦槽、发芽箱、烘干炉组成的,但多为萨拉丁式发芽箱和多层烘干炉,发芽箱及烘干炉的土建工程量很大,所用机械属通用机械,没什么先进性。安装时土建施工量巨大,费工费时,隐形成本高,投资回收期长。国内最新的成果是塔式制麦,跟国外的一样。国外先进的制麦设备就属塔式制麦系统,该技术是在传统制麦技术的基础上,将浸麦、发芽、烘干罗列于一塔式建筑物中,自上而下逐级运行,物料输送费用低,但基本建筑费用高,要求严。其基本机械也属通用机械,没有什么先进性。并且投资更大。
